Yes, we could provide the free samples color cards for fabric (or specific A4 size cutting fabric) by express, but the freight cost will be paid by customer. If a finished product sample (like bags and backpacks) is needed, respective sample fees will be charged according to our company sample management procedure. The sample fee will be returned after the order prepayment.
4.Can you help me make my own design?
Sure. We have a professional development team to design new items. Or we can do it based on your specific design. And sample fee is unavoidable (The specific cost needs to be calculated according to the design requirements) , but it is refundable when you order quantity.
5.Can we use our own shipping agent?
Of course you can, that would be much more convenient. While we cooperated with many forwarders . If you need,we can recommend some forwarders to and you can compare the price and services.
